Adults: Chew 1 tablet, once daily. Or as directed by your Healthcare Professional.

Peringatan
This product contains selenium which is toxic in high doses. A daily dose of 150 micrograms for adults of selenium from dietary supplements should not be exceeded. If symptoms persist, talk to your health professional. Dietary supplements should not replace a balanced diet. Do not use if cap seal or if inner seal is missing, torn, or broken.
