Shake well before use. | Squeeze gently. | Mix in water or juice and consume immediately. | Adults: Take 3 drops (116 microlitres) once a day, or as professionally prescribed. | For the maintenance of levels in individuals 65 years and over: Take 5 drops (193 microlitres) once a day, or as professionally prescribed. | Do not exceed 5 drops in a day.
